Weighed in at a nice round number three days in a row. So disgusted right now. Didn't like being emotional, started taking leftover antidepressants. Appetite and carb cravings came back with a vengeance. Not indulging them right now - in fact, my total food intake this week has been such that I "should" have lost another pound and a half.
