My Friend's Nano
It's amazing how much I could not wait for Heidi's birthday. I've had her present for like two weeks, and wanted to give it to her early! Her birthday was Wednesday, and I gave it to her... It was a green iPod Nano Video. The back was engraved with her name, and the name her mom calls her. I also gave her some lilies, and m&m's that said "Heidi Rocks" on them (the m&m's were from Valentine's day, but there was an order minimum, so I gave her half then, and the other half now).
Well the iPod was wrapped in the plastic case it came in, and that was in the box it was shipped in, which was also wrapped, and that was in a gift bag with tissue paper. She loved opening it and commented that the "wrap job" was amazing... I told her Corina wrapped it, lol... Anyway, when she opened it she was like, "Oh my God..you...you got me an iPod..." She said she didn't know weather she wanted to kick me in the shins (for spending so much) or give me a hug... She gave me a hug...lol
All in all it was amazing, she even said she felt bad but couldn't do anything b/c she had her lesson that night, and wanted to go to the beach before that... And I said it was fine, I only went to see her to give her the present, and we made plans for today (Friday), but she said she wasn't sure if she could or not.
I saw her today, but she had to go to her Mom's, because they were celebrating her birthday today, because she spent her real birthday at her father's, which was obviously fine, and we said we'd do something next week. I only feel a little bad because I think I slowed her down today, but she was happy anyway, and that's what matters...
In other news, Jason's wedding, being the first wedding I'd ever been to, was good. He and his wife have a very nice apartment. I hung out there last week for a few hours, and we had fun. I felt bad because I couldn't help him with his dryer, but he got it working later that week.
School's getting a little stressful, I have a lot of tests this week, and I have my dumb Saturday class tomorrow, which I can't stand. I've been riding my bike to work lately, trying to get some exercise and save gas, its been pretty good.
Overall things are going pretty well, I know I've been rambling a lot, but that's basically what's going on.
