Okay today was normal except 2 things:

1.) Freakish hail storm!!!  We were shelving on the top floor of the library, and I heard the pounding of little pellets.  I looked at the window and lo and behold little balls were dropping from the sky, splashing in Lake Lasalle!  It created quite a stir in the library.  Everyone was worried that their cars ( Read more... )

I know, I've seen it. But these hail stones were a little smaller than a golf ball!

i love hail storms. and seriouslyyy, you should totally try to get as much food as possible. you deserve it after all the money you paid for um, that delicious food the past two years...

but in reality, these things do happen. the weather has been super weird though. yesterday we had june weather and today it's incredibly chilly and i think another tempest is forming!
