friday- went home and took a nap. came back to school to get ready for the variety show. it went really well. i know this sounds dumb, but we really do have a lot of talent at our school. and brad and drew were pretty funny. i'm sad i never got to see their tights before our act, i'm excited to see it on the dvd though. i love performing well and then people telling me it was good.
after went to silver diner with ashley, hannah, geneva and wendy. so many wl and yhs kids there. this was a good night, and much needed, i love them. ashley left and then we drove around getting sick from chocolates and blasting the radio. it was love.
saturday i slept in for the first time in a million years. i'm a little glad i didn't have frisbee. so i just chilled and watched movies all day. then i babysat at night. they came home at 1:30am, but i got lots of money so it was chill.
this morning drove to a hotel in pentagon city. had some brunch. this was a dress rehersal for regionals that are in dallas in 2 weeks! i was scared shitless doing my treble jig (hard shoe) but it actually turned out good, i'm happy! my slip jig, which had been better, wasn't as good, i guessed i wasn't focused enough on the lead around and screwed up the second step and couldn't find my way back into it. oh well. i'm gonna practice on friday and saturday with kate, sarah and katie, cuz katie has a dance floor, so that'll be exciting/needed. i feel much more prepared than i was last year, even though i ended up not dancing cuz of the ankle. but i'm excited.
i saw kate today for the first time since she left for college in august. i looove her! i'm psyched for thanksgiving! and laura too!
some college apps are due soon...eek. well early cuz i wanna get them out of the way.
