I just woke up a half hour ago. I had some weird dreams, but it was great to catch up on sleep after getting so little Saturday night.
We got some new stuff for our apartment recently - a rug for the living room and some curtains. It makes it feel more like we actually live here...very comfortable. It makes me not want to leave, but I head the weather is supposed to be nice today so I am going to force myself to venture out. In case you haven't figured it out I have the day off from work today thanks to good ol' Christopher Columbus. Yeah-yuhh.
I am not sure what I am going to do today. I will probably pick up a few things I need from the city...a new flower pot, some potting soil, a plant for the kitchen, roach traps (ewww! :P). Maybe I will read in a park. I am not that into the book I am reading though. It's short stories and I stopped in the middle of it a few months ago to read "the Philosophy of Andy Warhol". I haven't started reading it again yet, but it hadn't drawn me in when I had initially started. There is this biography of Al Pacino that I keep seeing around bookstores that looks really good, but it's $25 which is more than I can bring myself to spend on a book right now. Maybe I will order it from amazon and just read a magazine in a park today.
Anyway...I am going to finish my coffee and figure out what I'm doing. Have a good day!
