10 weeks down, 2 to go! I lost 2.6 lbs this week! Whoot! I am feeling great about doing this slowly. I am getting into a better groove with knowing when I am hungry and knowing when I want to eat, but don't really need to. So, I am happy with how things are going overall. Since the beginning of the year (I started the biggest loser challenge a little earlier than the contest) I have lost over 20 lbs. I can tell that some of my pants are a little looser, but overall, no big changes. It is amazing to me how the loss I have achieved so far is considered done at a healthy rate, but while that loss on someone skinnier is extremely noticeable, on me you can't even tell. Funny, but sad at the same time.
