Quick update
Okay, trying to keep to my promise to update regularly..
I'm getting a new ipod! I'm replacing my nearly-three-year-old nano with a new model nano - my old one only plays music, my new one (when it arrives, hopefully tomorrow) plays videos too, has a bigger screen and has a video camera. My old one (which I'll keep as back up), is silver, my new one is green (my favourite colour). Means that I'll be able to take a lot of the skating-related vids - BGJW, DWTS, some routines - I want to watch on holiday with me.
Writing hasn't really been progressing because I've been distracted, but I will finish the fic I'm working on eventually.
I'm off on holiday to Edinburgh from the 23rd to the 30th so I'll try to update again before I go.
Sorry for the random ramble, but I know if I don't post something then I'll fall into my old habit of being lazy and hardly ever posting on my journal.
P.S. How could I almost forget the F1? Mark did brilliantly, and I'm happy for him, because he's finally getting payback for all the years of shitty luck he's endured. I'm happy with the race, though, because any RBR 1-2 is gonna make me happy, and it's so much better than Monaco last year, and this week there weren't any gremlins creeping in on Seb's car. And Seb equally top on points is always gonna make me happy, even when he's behind on wins. And I'm much happier when he's tied with Mark than with someone I don't like. Only downside of the weekend for me was Liuzzi doing well, especially when the BBC people had kept mentioning how he was under pressure. Hope it's only a temporary respite for him... Couldn't care less about the Michael and Fernando situation!
