2. Started watching FMA again... am all the way up to ep. 18, yeeeah! Hahah... I take so long to watch streamed videos... Mostly because they take so flipping long to load... Maybe I'll catch up during Thanksgiving break or something, I dunno.
3. So much homework prevents my reading of Inkdeath!! Sadness to the epitome... which, BTW, is NOT pronounced epi-tohm. Please don't murder the word like I've heard so many people do... Am only on chapter 4 in Inkdeath... CORNELIA FUNKE, CAN I PLEASE WRITE METAPHORS LIKE YOU? KTHNX. Oh, and Farid/Meggie? TOTALLY ADORABLE FLUFF LIKE WOAH. I will admit I didn't quite like him at first and sometimes he still annoys me, but they are SO CUTE together....!! So fluffy and precious and cute.
4. I felt like a horrible traitor to my first second language (oh, callate) when I didn't know how to say 'cute' in Spanish, but I could say it in Japanese... so I just looked it up, and it's 'mono', which also means 'monkey' in Spanish, but also means a disease in English... lol... I don't think I like saying 'mono' that much, so I'll say linda, which means 'pretty', and it's just... not the same... *sigh* Oh, Spanish, you've never failed me before! What's going on, eh?
5. Started watching Kimi Wa Petto... I'm far too curious for my own good, really, because now I want to watch the rest... which is okay, because it's only ten eps, but kind of not okay, because it takes so long to load and then a long while to watch, too... So, so far it kind of seems predictable, but I am pretty amused by the character of Momo/Takeshi and his ever-abundant energy and kind of endearing rambles... Heh, kind of reminds me of someone, too... XD Oh, and Sumire? Seriously, learn to breath. It is OKAY not to be perfect, you silly girl. And what is with her height complex, lol... "I can't be seen in PUBLIC with you, OMG, you're SHORTER. That's soooo not chevere."
6. I find it wonderfully odd I just used latino slang in a comment about a Japanese drama... btw, chevere = cool, hip, suave, etc.
7. My hands and feet will forever smell like aloe vera now.
8. So I was offered a small, silent role in the church Christmas musical. Which was cool with me, because I don't have too much time to commit to a serious role right now. So my role is more choreography/miming, which is easy for me to pick up on quickly. Well, practice was this morning for the kids' choral part at nine thirty, and I took my sister, since my drama practice didn't start until eleven and I didn't want to drive back and forth 2132 times... or twice, whatever... Well, one, I brought Inkdeath to read it while waiting for practice to start, but the paining in my hands and feet wouldn't let me focus enough to enjoy Funke's gorgeous prose properly... They didn't quit hurting until around eleven, the time that the practice started!! Oh, silly fate. Anyway, the drama includes tons of awesome people, including my Rachels and Murnda, and her sister Maddie and a good mutual friend from the middle school youth named Bick. (These are all nicknames, I hope you realize...) So it was a really fun practice with all of them (We discovered that Murnda really does get high off of life... lol... she had a field day when she found she could manipulate the ink in a pen's inkwell by blowing into the top and using the inkwell like a paintbrush... And that our friend Joanna hates ST because after the movie everyone tells her that saying her name gets Johanna stuck in their head and they sing it to her.... Poor Joanna... I feel you, Joanna... *snickers*) Only the drama person kept adding roles to my list and now I'm in basically every other song/scene somehow.... Oy x_x. I have EXAMS, you know!! I TOLD her this... but.. whatever... I ended up not getting home until one o'clock... and haven't yet begun my homework... Is this what senioritis feels like? Because I think I might actually have it this time...
9. I really want to make you all some Christmas gifts... but all the gifts I make end up looking like crap and I want to delete them later... So maybe... I'll write each of you something instead... and won't post it to dA, since it would be writing and therefore more personal, I dunno...
10. Still debating whether or not to ask my prof to read my poetry, and see about maybe publishing a poem or two... In a literary magazine a bit more national would be awesome... but... we'll see. :) I don't even know if they're publish worthy, so...
11. I hate geology. So very much. TWO WEEKS LEFT. ...And a major essay and a test. GEE, THANKS, PROF.
12. My sister's piano skills are improving exponentially. It makes me soooo proud of her. :) And sooo jealous that I can't play a thing! XD Haha, today we were practicing together at church, and... well, mascii, you'll appreciate this... we have two keyboards, an upright piano, and a very nice grand piano in our sanctuary... Well, Sister starts playing on the keyboard and then moves to the other keyboard... then starts for the fancy grand piano, and I'm like, "Quit touching them!!" And she's like, "But... but... THEY'RE SO SHINY, I HAVE TOOOOO" And I was like, "lololol.... masciitaaaaaaa" only I didn't say that out loud, only grinned as I thought it. ^.^
13. OH, just recalled-- after watching the first ep of Kimi Wa Petto, I randomly decided to look up Masi Oka's IMDB page... because Masi rocks like that... And I saw this quote:
Masi: "I went online and it said, 'oh my god, Hiro Nakamura, I love him so much. I want to make him my pet. I want to lock him up, talk to him, kiss him, I want to make him literally my pet.' You know what, as long as they feed me, I'm all for it."
LOL oh Masi. Oh irony. xD
....I want a pet Hiro.... or a pet Masi, either one would be okay with me, really... Only pet!Hiro could teleport me to Sandra when I wanted to give her a hug. :D Or Masciita when I desire to amuse her with... um... excessive LAVA. :D Or maybe just teleport me to Ireland, I'd be okay with that, too...
