Also, these people somewhere near our room (above us, next to us, way down on the ground outside, I don't know) have some of the loudest and most obnoxious laughs ever. And think everything is extremely funny. This is not just a one-time thing, either.
Then again, E. and I will be practicing hand drumming in our room, so who am I to talk? (But we won't be doing it after quiet hours, like the laughers and the people who play their bass horribly loud, and play music with excessively boring bass lines.)
