These last few weeks have been very interesting as well as very busy. Yesterday my family and I went to see Dr.Azerad after three years since I last needed to see him. I didn't really go for my anxiety this time since my mom needed to talk to him about something that deals with a lawyer and myself. I learned since that he is 74 years old but doesn't want to retire. Instead he is pretty much taking month long breaks. Tomorrow he is leaving to go to Florida for three weeks. Before and after the appointment I took some pictures on my camera of some of the historic houses and greens that were so important to the beginning of the Revolutionary War.
Last Monday I went into the darkroom around 10 to work on my Doctor Who Photogram. Now I originally came into the room with the idea of doing a regeneration storyline but alas I never found a figure worthy enough for the other figure to change into. Instead I used Pepper shakers to be the Daleks, my family's old modem for the Dalek spaceship, and one of my sisters tiny figures as The Doctor. It took me two hours and 15mins to put the whole thing together. I needed to make sure the lighting was right as well as the figures before I made each photogram. In between after my first three photograms were done I went to show Naomi what I came up with so far. She loved how they came out! I also made sure to talk to this girl who I kindof like who I learned also works with Naomi. Her name is Paula. Turns out when I found her on facebook I learned she has a boyfriend. Why is it that all the good-looking girls I like are already taken? I was happy with myself that I had the guts to at least talk to Paula for a few minutes. I told Naomi also through facebook a week ago that I felt like I was rude for not introducing myself to Paula earlier. She is a nice girl though who I hope to at least learn a little more about before summertime. After being sidetracked for 15mins talking to Naomi and Paula I headed back down to the darkroom. I ended up making about six different photograms to go with the Doctor Who story. My teacher the next day and one of the aides, Tyler loved it a lot. They both watched the original show when they were much younger. Watching television all these years has finally paid off for me. In the photolab I have seen my friend George come in and develop film in there as well. He told me he is graduating with an education degree since he wants to be a teacher.
I went to the Celtics game last weekend with my dad. The Celtics lost 104-96 so he was a fairly close game-ender. The Nets overall took there sixth win of the whole season that afternoon. One Celtics dancer looked really sexy during the first times I saw her. Earlier in the week I told Pam at guitar that my dad and I were going to see the Celtics game. I learned how after Pam's husband died the boys were able to go to a Celtics game along with sitting in box seats. She even saw Red Aubach since his seat was so close to where they were. After the game they spent an hour in the locker room getting autographs and talking to the players. Pam got to know John Jennings, who was the assistant coach of the Celtics during that time well but she recently reconnected with him through facebook. Through her friend there the boys were able to meet Isiah Thomas when he was with the Celtics. The last thing she told me was that Jennings now has a Farm League setup in Portland, ME where a lot of Massachusetts investors are putting money into. Now back to the game! My dad and I got into the game with 5mins left in the first period since my mom when dropping us off got us stuck into a traffic jam. I was able to see the rest of the game with no problem! I missed seeing House not being there but the new guy, Robinson was pretty good. The Celtics ended up dropping the ball too much! They even changed the defense screen which feature either the guy hold the letter D and a Fence or D-Fence. Some inner city kids dance group called Little Phunk performed a cool little number during one segment of the game. On my way out my dad and I ended up going the wrong way so we had to walk at least a few feet more to the get the Mass General. It was snowing/raining that whole time walking back. My mom told me Dr.Briggs met actor Sean Penn in Haiti. He helped her get supplies to the people who needed them. I guess they are emailing each other back and forth. She said he is a very nice guy.
This past week to I finished the first guitar notes/chords book Pam gave me since I first started seeing her regularly for guitar lessons in 2005. It was cool to see me already get so far in learning the basic notes and chords for the guitar. When we have been playing the blues lately to things are changing more often with what I want to play. To end this post I just want to let you in on what some of my old classmates are doing. Lauren Guida is now a model whose modeling agency I don't know about and Lisa Brown lives in Germany. Long way from Medway that's for sure! Take care.
