...He is not fit to rule a country by all that I have seen.
If he wishes to prove me wrong then so be it. I will not stand by idly while he behaves so...inadequately. Whether or not my own actions are...childish...at the moment is of no concern to me. The insults were two-fold, and I will not be mocked for actions taken against my own will!
I would like to ask, ser, who you are to judge how to rule a country. As far as what my eyes have seen, different countries hold different standards. And if by those different standards you mean to say different in a way that you do not approve of, then perhaps you are to judge with one blind eye.
Lord Edge will remain who he is. Nothing and no one in this world, or in any world for that matter, will change him if he hath no desire to. If you believe that he has behaved inadequately towards you, then perhaps address them much like an adult would. While I do agree that the insults were two-fold, I see the insults beginning with you, ser. Insulting one's noble upbringing is much like insulting an entire country. I cannot help but wonder if you take responsibility for your own actions.
Kain Highwind, Dragoon of Baron, ward of the King of Baron. I, Sir, am personally acquainted with more lords and emperor's than this supposed 'prince' seems to act in accordance with. He has passion; he lacks discipline. One day he will realize he needs both to rule, or allow his kingdom to fall once again.
I have--I issued my challenge for honor. Is that not common enough in your land? Would you dare to comprehend a place you know nothing of? I will. I am. And nothing you say will convince me otherwise.
Though is there no difference in judging and insisting? You look down upon his country like it was your own from the words you have used. Upon these lands of Aegean, it will serve you well to keep an open mind. We've many people from strange, different, and futuristic worlds that even only I can dream of.
It is a simple matter, really. Mayhap you are aware of a phenomena that happens every night.
Beyond the park, where there are no visitors; today, noon.

If you are inside, then mayhap step outside. Be on guard when you do, however.
