It seems I have planted the seeds of introduction.

Zalbag Beoulve, Knight Devout of the Fifty Years War in the world of Ivalice, second son to the noble house of Beoulve, Commander - Order of the Northern Sky. I, myself, am also acquainted to many lords and emperors of my world. Again, I repeat. Discipline in Eblan I can imagine is quite different than discipline in Baron, as it is in Ivalice. I know nothing of Lord Edge's upbringing, but we cannot judge how he desires to run his country. Whether we are a commoner, a member of a noble house, or even a King.

As I have said, I am a Knight Devout of a war that has lasted for 50 years. If your challenge for honor involves needless bloodshed (as such you have suggested), then I cannot comprehend how honorable that is. The land I am from cannot afford more needless bloodshed and fighting. I do not see how it has any to do with comprehending another's lands. I haven't the slightest clue about the land that you come from, Ser Kain. But meaningless bouts are not methods of settling this situation like adults. I have stirred away Lord Edge from this fight. I suggest you do the same. If you've not noticed already, there are bigger, pressing matters about the lands that you currently walk upon. Mayhap it would serve you well do remember that.

Yet other countries will readily do so whether you or I or he sees it fit. You cannot deny simple human nature.

...And what, pray tell, matter do you speak of?

Though is there no difference in judging and insisting? You look down upon his country like it was your own from the words you have used. Upon these lands of Aegean, it will serve you well to keep an open mind. We've many people from strange, different, and futuristic worlds that even only I can dream of.

It is a simple matter, really. Mayhap you are aware of a phenomena that happens every night.

They have no consequence on our lands back home. Here, I may have to hold myself in check; at home, I know...my place.

Negative... you speak in riddles as far as I know.

Have you a watch in sight, I would advise to keep awake after midnight.

You will then see what this phenomena is that I speak of.

If you are inside, then mayhap step outside. Be on guard when you do, however.
