Arc Outlines
Following is a breakdown of Matsu's Canon History, Arc by Arc, points by points.
1st Arc: Gang War Arc (Introduction Arc)
-Matsu gets inducted into the Kusanagi-gumi
-Tension between two families currently on a ceasefire begins to build up
-Someone from the Kusanagi-gumi is found dead
-Investigation on the dead body and witnesses only leads to the Kichida-gumi
-Some members decide to avenge their fallen member and recklessly killed a Kichida-gumi member without even telling the boss about it.
-Kichida-gumi, obviously pissed off, declared war with the Kusanagi-gumi
-Matsu's current area, that is an area a distance away, was one of the last notified, and hence, Matsu has no clue about this war.
-Matsu is ambushed by a Kichida-gumi member wielding fists, and fights long enough against him. Matsu lost, and activated his Near Death Instinct by chance. He killed the attacker and stumbled back towards the headquarter for his area.
-Matsu came to, and is briefed on the situation. Apparently he defeated the Kichida-gumi member and has no memories of it ever occurring. Denied murdering his opponent and was shocked when footage of the fight was shown.
-Decided to train himself so to not resort to the Near Death Instinct.
-An attack at a local mall happened off-screen as Matsu was training, the Kusanagi-gumi dispatched some men to deal with that attack. They succeeded.
-When Matsu finished training, a letter is delivered to him, it was a challenge by Kozakura, the female that inflicted his gynophobia and apparently also a Kichida-gumi member.
-Matsu panicked and didn't know what to do, until his teacher decided to just sock him in the face to snap him out of it.
-Matsu came to the battleground with other family members. However, the family members are ambushed along the way by Kichida-gumi members. Leaving Matsu to fight Kozakura by himself.
-Both of them fought into a standstill, until Kozakura knocked Matsu into a wall. The shock from the impact and Matsu going unconscious activated his Near Death Instinct again.
-This time around, Matsu beat Kozakura again, only this time, he regained his senses just seconds before his knife killed her.
2nd Arc: Underground Crime Lord Tournament Arc (Staple Tournament Arc)
-Matsu, after coming to term with the fact that being a Yakuza is not just about running errands, realized that he's been signed up for an Underground fighting tournament.
-Matsu, obviously against this idea tried his best to refuse, only his boss decided to throw him in more extra training with his teacher.
-Preliminaries is coming up in one week, and Matsu has trained for a month, so for now Matsu is in cooldown period from all his training.
-Matsu fought in the preliminaries and got into the finals.
-Matsu fought his first opponent, El Toro (Luchadore from some region of Japan), and barely won with lots of broken bones and having activated his Near Death Instinct. He refrained from killing El Toro due to both of them actually having a fair fight, however, Matsu is injured from this.
-Matsu is currently recovering as the other 1st round matches are being concluded. (Current Point @ planeocracy)
