All of these are in the span of a week.

She starts off posting her " wardrobe" which is really just an opportunity to post a large uncut image of babby's first Bodyline dress (with bonus amusing noobery in the comments).

Second post is about how she's *~ sew punk rawk but nothing too dumb.

You know... Google is a free resource that you could have used instead.

But then again, using Google also requires a certain degree of being able to use correlative thinking and logic.

Yeah, if she really needed to ask such simple questions, she could have at least went to the lolita tips tumblr, which is sorta made fora asking questions.

Yeah no, GTFO isn't a bullying comm.
Calling out scammers? yeah.
Calling out generally abusive lolita? yeah
Posting "lol what a noob"? yea.

None of the above is bullying. We just call a spade a spade. If you act noobish and have a general aura of lookatmelookatmelookatme, yeah you're gonna get called out.
The vast majority of us where in that boat too and have been called out too. You take it on the chin, have some humility and accept you have acted like a bit of a newb

Cyber bullying? Madame, no, you did not just go there.

If you are made to feel uncomfortable, by insults, threats, harassment, or slurs, that's understandable. THAT is bullying. I spent years being bullied, and believe me, this ain't it, kid. Being told you were wrong? Not bullying, no matter how wronged you feel.

If you want to learn, google "Loli mentors". Google reviews and tutorials and blogs. Read community rules, for pete's sake. But, don't expect a community of 20k+ individuals to answer questions that have been answered elsewhere to be found.

We love noobs. We don't suffer fools gladly. Figure out the difference.
