I know for sure that it affects me. Every time we're getting close to a full moon (usually two days before up to the night of the actual full moon) i can hardly sleep. if i try, i toss and turn until morning and don't really get any rest. most of the time, i just stay up, just like today and the days before that. it's almost 5am.
