Red is the sunset,
red as blood,
as it casts its pinkish haze
across the sky.

Later at night,
after sun and sea have met,
nature lowers her hood
and night seems like a twinkling shroud.

Slouched back, cool,
Collected, and confident.
Wear a hint of a grin
And a dash of cologne.
Say What took you so long?
Say You're behind the times, man.
Say Dead is the new black.
