Rachel doesn't really give material gifts because Jewish but she is also giving Kurt something pretty good nonetheless.

It is a coupon that states "The holder of this coupon may remove three things total from Rachel Berry's wardrobe at any point the holder chooses. With no takebacks."

She thought Kurt would like that!!
