One: I've noticed that a lot of people do it so just so everyone knows: "doctor" on its own doesn't actually ping me. Because if I put it on ping I get all the "hmm maybe I should see a doctor about that" etc etc, I don't have it on. I have "The Doctor" on ping, as grammatically untidy as that is.
