Aoi Hitorigoto - 44. Poem - by Katô Shigeaki

Feb 12, 2010 23:14

It's one of the newer essays, that according to the list, was still not translated...and I couldn't resist.

A poet who even now attracts a lot of fans. His view of the world is unique, and I was quite influenced by it, too. )

katô shigeaki, translation: aoi hitorigoto

Here is the list of essays I've done. It seems that the one you're refering to misses some of the links :)

Thank you for your translation! :D

Happy Music!Shige = <3!!!!

ohhh you made a list, too? I've not seen it before. The other list is missing the links because the poster hasn't updated it yet (I just posted #34 and #35 yesterday so she probably will update it soon).

with that and this essay here, there is only #29 missing/not translated, and well, as I said I can't find the scan of it anywhere :/

Oh and that would be fab! I don't even know the title or what it's about .

me, too! :D
English was my first love, and Japanese will always be my last (because I've never indulged so much in learning and "living" a language before, and probably never will with another).

so this essay gave a bit of an extra-japanese lesson...well it's Kato-sensei after all *g*

oh Korean seems interessting, too. I'm studying thai as my minor at university, but I only have a true passion for the Japanse language. And I'd lie if I said, that NewS or in this case Shige's essays wouldn't play a part in motivating me to do even more.
right, THE BOOK!! omg, I'm waiting for it, and hope he'll follow through with this idea. so yeah, there's one more motivation for you then (and me, and all the other's who feel the same as us).
Ganbatte, ne! :)

sô desu ne. :D I think he would not be bad as a Japanese teacher, especially if it's literature, because he seems somewhat passionate about it.
