Let us know how it goes! We've tried growing herbs before, and always end up either killing the plants or never using them. The more likely a spice is to be used, the less likely we are to manage to grow it =D

Yup, ignore them!
We had the basil that ate Chicago, mint running rampant in the shade, a lovely rosemary bush, adequate oregano and sage, all with nothing but plant 'em and keep the dogs from digging them up... then the bull got out and decided to roll in the herb garden... he smelled lovely (for a bull), but I never got the garden going again... sigh. Maybe after I retire... it's on my list!

I use to keep a herb garden in NJ grow really well, always had wonderful fresh herb to use and give away, now I haven't had time to do much planting, and I really wish I did, I think that this weekend I may make a herb garden just a small one to see what I get. Thanks for the reminder of how much I do love to see things grow. Good luck with it. love ya!
Hugs
