I finally managed to finish the fkn plot bunnies from hell and the story in its entirety came in at 43,255 words. There are still days left in October and I could conceivably write another 7000 words this month, disproving my long held belief that I can't write 50,000 words in one month, yeah, dammit. So good that I got the plot bunny out of my system (probably out) but now I have no excuse not to do NaNoWriMo, ever again. Fuck. I did manage to write the het!hawt and (it took me two damn days) I cleared up the case!fic while I was at it (since the damn bunnies wanted Plot with a capital P, we had to have background case!fic while also getting to the point which was Rafael!Olivia!Hawt). I am reminded that my first stories in fandoms are usually novella length, what the fuck is that about anyway. I can't just write a damn drabble or something. Oh yeah, I don't do short. And my bestie was right, I was a lot intimidated to write het!hawt because it's been a while, so yeah, got past that too, happily enough. ok, what should I next vow to never do so that I can do it? be a millionaire, win the lottery, move to Europe? *laugh*
