Random WTF of Amusement
Spotted tonight while watching the movie Tombstone, a member of Wyatt's posse wearing a Freemason pendant. Interesting in that I just read a fiction book featuring some Freemason connections. I thought maybe I was imagining it, so I checked online and indeed others have seen it too, so I wasn't just hallucinating.
SRSLY? How does ADA Sonja WhateverHerNameIs keep her fucking job? I am (so far) catching the new L&O:SVU episodes on Saturday rebroadcasts, and so far in two episodes Sonja has pissed EVERYone the fuck off and gotten a suspect killed right in the fucking squad room. Can we ship the bitch back to Albany now? Please? I doubt that is in the script, godsdammit.
In less amusing news:
I totally meant to call my sister and my mom today. And totally forgot. Might be some unconscious avoidance there, since I really am not ready to admit that I am depressed and find myself unable to do anything but work and sleep and they are really good at guessing these things. (ok, AnnyMae reads this so it isn't like she doesn't know already, but I try hard to hide it from Mom, who happily adheres pretty well to the don't ask don't tell policy on this topic) But I did get most of my laundry done today, so maybe it is not as bad as I think. I am unplugging the phone and going to bed.
