I have seen a terrible movie. I should have taken the advice of regisjr and avoid this Uma Thurman vehicle, but I had to see for myself.
And see I did. I saw the least sexy sex scene in modern film--watching Uma Thurman acting sexual excitement is more disturbing than it really should have been. But then again, trying to watch Uma Thurman be funny is more disturbing than it should have been.
I tried to give it a chance, I really did, but as soon as Eddie Izzard, who is fabulous in a ball gown, showed up in the picture as a rather dowdy villan, I gave up.
I really should have stopped ten minutes earlier, on the closeup of Luke Wilson's ass, but I am a glutton for punishment.
