So it seems my mutant powers are coming in. Last week's workout, I increased my upper body workout by over 50% from the previous week. My biceps/triceps went to 3x12 @ 30lbs to 3x12 @ 50 lbs. Today I also noticed that I shouldn't wear my pants without a belt anymore. I had a hard time keeping them up without so much gut. Weight is about the same as
