Being in Monterey is good. We are actually in Asilomar near Pacific Grove just north of Carmel on the coast. We can walk down to the beach. When we lived here, people used to complain about the low occupancy rate in Pacific Grove - that is how many homes are actually owned by people who live there and contribute to the community vs. just vacation ( Read more... )
