The PokeGear could not be grabbed fast enough and even though Eagle watched the scene it still took a while to dawn that he was actually here. ]

At the very least you should have let me go with you!!! -- but you shouldn't have gone off like that at all!

[Allows Geo the chance to vent, only bothering to explain himself after the other man stopped to take a breath. ]

If I had let you go with me the NSX would have been left without a Commander. I needed you to look after the ship.

[Since for him it ended a little prematurely. ]

[Eagle knew well enough by now just to let the sub commander get everything out of his system. Any interjection beforehand would not have received much heed. Although it‘s a logical explanation it‘s not one Geo enjoys. He sucks in a breath like he wants to contest what‘s just been said but he bites it back when the NSX is mentioned.]

Actually-- [Rather sheepishly] I’m not entirely sure. You see the battle wasn’t over yet.

[ The weight of those words started preying on his mind]

[Not over yet… Is that a momentary pout? It doesn’t really last long enough to know for sure. ]

It can’t be helped then. If we were both pulled away we will just have to trust that the Magic Knights and the crew of the NSX will be able to finish that battle.
