[The door that connects the kitchen directly with the terrace that leads down to the beach opens and a suntanned woman clad in colorful Indian-looking summer clothes walks in.
She beams at the Sub Commander turned cook of the day as she places a bucket filled with three huge lobsters into the kitchen sink.]
For tonight's dinner, perhaps~ Sub Commander! So good to see you around the house at last...
[She picks one of the -- still alive, mind you -- giant lobsters and waves it at Geo. The shelled sea creature waves its massive claws and whiskers at the Sub Commander as Tatra beams at him, and pets it.]
I read in a cookbook that they are delicious with bread and butter~! Say hello to Sub Commander Metro, little one!
[Her exuberance does not help the sub-commander one bit. He may not be what-ever those "vegans" are but that doesn't mean he's used to cooking something alive either!]
Yeah.. it sounds....
[Looks towards the sink]
Not like anything I've ever had before...
[Looks back toward Tatra]
Why don't you have a seat over there Miss, and let me handle this.
[Angles himself in front of the sink, momentarily looking over his shoulder at Tatra. Her jovial expression makes what he's about to do that much harder but... looks down at the lobsters.. tentatively.
Reaching down to grab one, one of the little blighters takes a swing at him with it's claws. Tatra made it look so easy to pick these guys up. Wrapping his hand in a towl, Geo proceeds to lift the first lobster. With the freee hand he.. slowly glides the nearby window open.........]
[Geo visibly jumps a little when Tatra adds her commentary. Has he been caught red-handed...? No, she seems to genuinely think it's part of the process]
It's always a good idea..... to... air? The food before it's processed.
[Is making stuff up. Turns towards Tatra. A look of surprise washes over his face, he points to something off in the distance]

The one from Chizeta.
He returns the smile. At least she seems friendly enough.]
Ha ha, I guess I have been kind of .. preoccupied. Not that I don't appreciate the hospitality.
[His eyes widen at the sight of the large crustaceans. Pointing at them he had to ask]
What the heck are those!?

[The lobster makes hissing, panicky sounds.]

[Steps backwards in case the creature decides to be unfriendly]
Just like that? You eat them .. alive?!
Reply
Ah, I believe you boil them alive until they meet their demise~! Then you eat them! I am rather eager to try.

...Tatra deposits the flailing lobster back in the sink with its brothers. It's stressed itself enough.]
A rather gruesome end, I admit. But the results are said to be exquisite~!

[Three little dance steps and she's sitting pretty where indicated, smiling up at Geo brightly.]
I shall do my best not to obstruct the task~

Looking to give the little one its last breath before it meets its fiery doom? So humane, Sub Commander~
Even if it is a lobster we are considering here...
