Right as rain
Sooooooo, it's been a busy busy week.
I've been in Mackay for 4 whole days now and haven't really had time to do anything other than work, get groceries and cook. By the way, I'm sure many of you already know this but cooking for just yourself sucks. I made pasta on the second night and only just finished it today for lunch XD my god my default cooking is for a family of 5 where each person counts as 1.5 normal people. That's right, 1 meal with my family could feed 7 and a half normal people easy.
ANYWAY, work is actually pretty interesting and keeping me really busy. I've got shitloads of reading to do and they've already gotten me stuff to do in 3 different projects. Start at 7:30am, finish at 5:30pm. By the time i get home i have to start cooking dinner, by the time I finish that and wash up and shower it's like 8:30-9 XD;;; I've got interviews with possible housemates over the weekend as well as trying to get as much practice in with the ute as possible.
That's right people, they gave me a freaking Ute, how cool is that? The fact that it's huge, gearing is clunky and uses Diesel is kind of awesome and terrifying at the same time. The guys keep thinking i'm going to get into an accident because I'm still really hard on the throttle cos I'm not gearing up fast enough =P
This is the longest I've had internet + free time at the same time and I'm making the most of it. Booking interviews with potential housemates and posting here XD;;
