Made in GIMP.
Fairly simple and translatable.
Do NOT hotlink any of the images!
1) Open image and crop.
2) Duplicate base and set it to screen. (You may need several screen layers, depending upon the darkness of the icon.)
3) Open a new layer. Floodfill it with #b6d7f4. Set it to burn 100% opacity.
4) Merge all layers.
5) Open Hue/Saturation and use these settings:
MASTER: 20
CYAN (the C): 20
MAGENTA (the M): 20
6) Open Color Balance with these settings:
(Under Midtones)
65, 40, 65
You can fiddle around with these settings, and even add some to Shadows and Highlights if you wish.
7) You can add a little text here, but other than that, you're done! =)
