Job (and general life) Update
Well, I got a formal job offer today and I have another interview tomorrow so by the end of this week, I should know what I'm doing from 8-5 every weekday starting on September 15th. Now I'm just working on on finalizing everything for Camden and Dekker...bittersweet....
We've been having fun this month celebrating the kids' birthdays. Camden is excited about starting kindergarten in two (OMG!) weeks. Dekker is walking and climbing _everywhere_ - it's just amazing to me how mobility causes a quantum leap forward in cognitive development as well.
Still reading (and not posting about) tons of books. Finally got around to reading Kavalier and Clay and, I admit, it completely lives up to all the hype. I'm currently reading Books: A Memoir by Larry McMurtry, and it's wonderful. Makes me want to take a trip to the bookstore that he runs!
