The waiting game....
Well, looks like it is going to take a little longer until I have everything sorted out job-wise.
The good news is that company #1's offer is still in place and even slightly improved because....company #2 looks like they may make an offer as well. Last week's interview with company #2 went really well, but the VP for the division was out on vacation. She is back this week and I should be able to meet with her very soon, so that company #2 can make their decision. Next Monday is my drop-dead date with company #1, so regardless I have to make a decision by then. Will be weighing all the pros and cons this weekend.....assuming that company #2 also comes through.
Monday is also "Sneak Peek" at Camden's kindergarten class before school starts on Tuesday. I just can't believe it - where did the time go??? His teacher assignment came in the mail today - crossing my fingers that he ends up in a good class.
Now reading Clockers by Richard Price - it is _so_ good! His newest, Lush Life finally came in for me on reserve at the library - can't wait to start it!
