Friday workout

UP WAY EARLY! @_@ Was also called in last night to work for a few hours... am a bit tired now!

Elliptical = 1 hour = 5.0 miles.
Abs.
Unassisted dips = 3 sets of 20.
Bicep curls on standing preacher bench = 3 sets of 20 at 20#, 25#, 30#.
Wrist curls = 3 sets of 20 at 30#.

Then took Howie to Edwin Warner Park again to hike the Harpeth Woods Trail. 2.5 miles.
