Elliptical = 1 hour = 5.0 miles.
Abs.
Bicep curls with dumbbells = 3 sets of 20 at 20#.
Tricep extensions = 3 sets of 20 at 30#.
Wrist curls = 3 sets of 20 at 30#.
Went to the park for a nice jog = a little over a mile... and enjoyed a bit of sun before the thunder clouds rolled in.
Back to work tonight... sigh...
