1300 Calorie Menu for one day - 23/05/13

Here is my first 1300/ 29g fat calorie menu :-

Breakfast -

Innocent smoothie 250ml is 138 cals 0.5 fat

mueseli 50g is 200 calories 6.9g fat

millet bread 89 calories 2g fat, and peanut butter is 62.3 calories 5.1g fat

Lunch -

onion soup is 152.25 calories 5.025g fat

Dinner -

Black bean chili is 200 calories 2.5g fat

wholegrain rice 60g  is  214 calories 1.7g fat

Total =

993.25 calories
23.725g Fat

Need an additional meal of up to 306.7 calories and 5.275g fat.

Additional snacks : grapes 48 calories
                                kiwi fruit 29 calories
                                alpro soya plain yogurt 46 calories 2.3g fat
I realise that the calorie intake and fat for the day is less than required but I'll make up for it the following day.
