Diet and Fitness: Journal > Day 34

Breakfast: 1 large banana. 
Lunch: Natural Peanut-butter and Jelly sandwich on two thin slices of whole wheat bread. 1 large orange. Water. 
Snack: 1/3 huge pickle. 
Dinner: 3/4 cup of chopped baked chicken (lightly seasoned with Sazon), a small handful of lettuce, and 1 slice of American cheese on 1 whole wheat tortilla bread. A small salad of iceberg lettuce and 3 slices of tomato. Water.

Exercise: Daily walking/stair climbing to and from school. Also, A LOT of additional walking (1.3 mi or so at a good pace and 15 mins on a treadmill (at a 2.9-3.1 speed and 10.0 grade) and 5 mins at level 20/grade 5.0 on an elliptical. Floor exercises (10 push ups, 10 leg-ups, 45 crunches, 15x2 side crunches, 15 backwards leg-ups).

Diary: I missed the bus to school this morning, so instead of waiting 30-35 mins for the next one, I decided to just walk to the next bus stop or two. I ended up walking the entire way to where I catch the train (approx 1.3 mi) and it felt so good (I'll also definitely be doing this again)! In addition, I had PE later on so I got to work out a bit then, too. I was covered in sweat (which is so, so gross, especially in the kind of environment I was in), but whatever, y'know? Next time I'll just bring a towel. If anyone wants to say something, fuck them. I spend too much time caring about what other people think about me. I'm just so tired of it. I need to be less self-conscious.
