Breakfast: 1 large whole hard boiled egg. 1 medium nectar. 1/4 cup 100% apple juice. Water. 
Lunch: A few (5-ish) pieces of tiny, bite-sized baked chicken breast (sw/ garlic, black pepper, and parsley), 1 slice of American cheese, and a bit of lettuce and tomatoes on 1 slice of whole wheat tortilla bread. Water. 
Snack: A small handful of raisins. 
Dinner: 4 oz organic blueberry yogurt (yo-baby). 1 green apple. Water.

Exercise: Chalene Johnson's Core 20 and 15 mins kick-boxing cardio.

Diary: So I told myself I'd do some cardio twice a day today (ideally in the morning and night). I didn't. Go figure. Fortunately I didn't eat much today. Unfortunately I ate way too little. I'd be surprised if it all added up to 950 calories. =/

I have to go back to school on Tuesday and I'm actually looking forward to it (come Monday night I'll be saying the opposite, lol). Why? Because apparently I can't count on myself to do go outside and do some walking unless I have to/there's something I really want. I've been so lazy this past week it's not even funny.

On another, more interesting, and totally off-topic note-- I just got a ton of books and I cannot wait to sink my teeth into them! Oh, new books make me so, so happy~
