Exercise N/A
Diary: I did not exercise today...and I'm going to make up for it tomorrow. That means 30 mins o Burn Interva and a crunch combo. I'll have to get out of my house, which I didn't do today. I'll go to the market-- the one that isn't across the street-- to buy something. Hopefully it won't be too cold. I'm not holding my breath, though.
"Operation: make-spaghetti-and-meatballs" was a success! Sure I burned the pot and the meatballs were the tiniest bit scorched, but they were yummy! I'm so glad I bought Muir Glen's tomato sauce yesterday. It tastes soo good. It kinda has a high sodium content, but then, what sauce doesn't? I drank a lot of water today to make up for it.
Aside from lunch, I ate pretty lightly today. I don't feel bad about that in the least because I barely moved from my bed/computer chair all day. Lazy Gwen is lazy.
