Elephant memory?
I don't know how many people on my friend's list have this ever amazingly, strange memory, but it would be good to hear I'm not the only one.
So, I walked out in the hallway a second ago, and I smelled a particular smell. I sniffed again and BAM I remembered what it was instantly! A freshly opened My Little Pony. Yes, I know. Call me crazy, but I remember the smell SO vividly.
It's not just for that, it's for other things as well. I remember things more by scent more than I do with names or physical sight. It's very strange indeed. The other day I also smelled something that smelled exactly like this my mom use to use on me whenever I would get hurt at the park. This normally happens all about 3 or 4 ti disinfectant mes a semester.
Is this normal? Do you guys experience this too? It's really a nostalgic thing and I love being able to smell things and think about what the smell was to me way back when.
