Finalement! FINALEMENT! je ne le crois pas!
After going through a period of mediocre movies, I finally come across Le Clan (or Three Dancing Slaves for the English release). Beautifully shot, it had Stephen Rideau in it, and it just had an overall really good story line, some bittersweet romance, and GREAT music. It was just such a good movie. And I have to have to download some of the music. The music selection was just awesome.
I also think my French may be getting better. Although I still have to manually translate inside my head long sentences that I want to say or write. Hopefully I will be prepared when and if I get to study in Liege.
Books-A-Million opens tomorrow and I talked to a friend that works there. A manga section has been confirmed! MaryBeth and I are going to rip that store apart tomorrow >D...well since it's 3:01 technically we're going to rip it apart later today. I'm so happy we're getting a big bookstore 8D I can finally waste my paycheck locally instead of having to go to Nashville or Knoxville to waste it at Borders :D
And I feel stupid. I was reading the lyrics to Metric's Poster of a Girl and I was reading the French parts and it took me like 10 minutes to realize she is just repeating what she says in English. I feel stupid. Although the French she doesn't sing, she just says it lowly while the music plays on.
And I need to make a new awesome icon to express extreme awesomeness. Like HOLY WOW!awesome.
