Got Dad's replacement tripod in Megamall a few hours ago. It's pretty good actually. It's taller, lighter, and easier to carry than the old one. Best part? It was P1700. The only features missing were the pointy tips at the end of the legs for anchoring it to uneven ground. Dad let it go as the rubber soles looked okay anyway.
Those waffle places that are popping up everywhere are actually pretty good. Or at least the "Fruits and Waffles" kiosk is. Ate the cheese one. The (usual) downside: kulang sa filling. Oh well. At least the waffle itself also tasted fine.
Missed "Philippine Idol". Damn. Still voted for Gian though :p I'm looking forward to seeing the performance on YouTube.
As someone who's lived and breathed the sciences for the past 9 years, I've been trained to ask questions and find the answers through solid research. However, I have to admit that there are times when it's better not to know the answers.
