enrollment and staying at home

Enrolled yesterday. I was expecting an easy enrollment because only the graduating students were there. But nooo... During the previous semesters, they distribute the Form 5As in the CS atrium, with the forms separated by family name - A-D, E-H, etc. Using this method, I got my Form 5A in about 5 minutes. This sem, they decide to distribute all of the forms from the CS Secretary's Office, with only one line for all of the graduating students from the College of Science. Shet talaga. What usually takes 5 minutes took 40 minutes. On top of that, there wasn't any particular reason why our forms were up there anyway. They usually only withold those forms if you have any deficiencies. But no. The only reason why all of the forms for the graduating students were up there because they had to give us the application for graduation form. SHET!!! Why couldn't you have just told the RAs downstairs to give us those forms along with our Form 5As?!?!?! Another stupid stupid rule that they implemented just this semester is that we had to go to our pre-advising before they would give us the Form 5. During the previous semesters, they would let us get the Form 5s as soon as we had our 5As. By only giving us the Form 5 after the pre-advising, this meant that we had to go from CS to IB to CS again. Shet talaga. This was especially troublesome if you got all of your classes from the CRS anyway. Bwiset.

The only decent thing to come out of this is that I ran into the_bumper_car while lining up for the Form 5 and he told me there was still a Jap10 class open for TF. Whee ^-^ What annoyed me to no end was that when I first went there, the sign outside the Asian Languages office said that there weren't any slots available for the Japanese or Chinese classes. Kainis! It turns out that there was still an open Jap10 class that they weren't advertising. Anyway, I got the Jap10 class I've been wanting since forever and that I'm going to be classmates with the_bumper_car ^-^ I'll be counting on him to keep me awake since it's a 7-830am class :p

I'm going to have people I know in Bio 120. Thank you! Among them are Jayson and luckychan's Megane Bishounen :p

I had lunch with Toy, Rhea, Beh, the_bumper_car, and jameez. It was fun ^-^ jameez told us all about their Field Bio trip to Palaui. Lots of interesting things happened while they were there :p I'll have to get some of the other details from donottypethis. The incident (and the spectacular coral reefs of course :P) made me regret not going. Huhuhu.

The big problem for next semester: I don't have a dorm. Wahaha. Sampa will be renovating so they have limited slots. The problem arises from my schedule, since all of my classes start at 7:00am. This means that I'll have to get up at 4:30 and leave the house at 5:30. Oh well.

I don't know why but I've been downloading episodes of the Taiwanese soap "My MVP Valentine" :p It was the show GMA7 used as a counterpart to ABS's "Meteor Garden" (GMA lost horribly). Anyway, I've just finished downloading eps 1 and 2. It's okay so far, although I swear I'll be very pissed if Duan Cheng Feng and Xiao Xi don't get together in the end :p I haven't been able to find an episode summary that goes all the way to the end. Unlike MG, not all of the leads in MVP feature the resident boyband (5566 in MVP). Surprisingly, I actually like 5566's music that they've incorporated so far. A little thing I found really funny: Duan Cheng Feng is such a good rookie that he's nicknamed "Rukawa Kaede" :p
