OH NOES, ambitious_1 unfriendly me--again! All for suggesting that she have a little client confidentiality, friends lock or no friends lock! For someone that used to be columbuswriter, I sure have poor comportment. (Of course, I firmly believe that communication is the message received.)

2.) I get paid tomorrow. That's a gas. Then, who knows what will happen. (Oh, wait, I know...heheheheh)

3.) XMEN:

There is a big problem with the way that Xavier's powers work. I'm a huge comic book fan, but we've known since the 1960's or earlier that thoughts were generally chemicals, and we have an electro-chemical brain in our heads. For Xavier to have this kind of power, he would need to have 1.) A big battery, and 2.) A precise battery. He'd have some more substantial limitations, compared to what he is depicted as having, and that would put him in a category of powerful people.

Extraordinary powerful people--if he had a precise brain and the knowledge of how to make other people see things that weren't there, well, wow. This could be accomplished by having a precise electrical battery inside his head, and that would know where to make the neurons of the brain fire. However, as it is, Xavier has no range, has the ability to go anywhere, and the power isn't just a difference in physiology, it's more like magic. And magic, well, I have a problem with.

4.) Gas Prices: The one thing to look at.

Why is it--and I mean this--that the self same people that bitch about "gouging" on the weekends, fail to see it if I explain that the Weekend has the true gas prices, and there's more or less a "midweek discount" in gas prices? I mean, it's the same basic idea...but they see it as a glass is half empty.

No, in order to ENCOURAGE SALES on Tuesday-Thursday, gas retailers bring the price down, sort of like the same reason we have "peak," and "off peak" hours in cell phones. Why can't people see that?

As is always the case, more to come.
