You know how there are some things you never really grow out of? You might grow away from them but never really out of them? For me, one of these things is the very first honest-to-god, non-corrupted anime series I was interested in, commonly known as The Vision of Escaflowne.

God, the subject sounds like some lame quote from the Digimon Movie, doesn't it? Hell, I’m surprised I even remembered it. It’s been years since I’ve even read Digimon fan fiction.
