The Beach!
Jess and I went to the beach for the first time this season. It was a little cold and cloudy but I had a very pleasant stay, except for losing my sun glasses in the ocean. I went it with them, I can't help it my eyes are so sensitive to the sunlight! It was fine for a while but then I was faced with a unexpectedly large wave, and I didn't get in time to dive underneath it and was knocked around a bit. I'd grabbed my glasses in my hand before the wave hit, but it was so strong, they were knocked right out of my hand. Jess ended up buying a pair for me at the beach, with bright blue frames ;O Wearing them makes me feel like I'm back in the 80's! :D
Only got a little burnt in a few places. I can't wait to go back.
The only other interesting thing I've done recently was Jess and I's roller skating adventure. It was my first time rollerskating in 19 years! I had a lot of fun, and was getting the hang of it by the end. I'm hoping Jess will go back with me! :)
