I went to a free Tai Chi class yesterday. I liked it a lot, it really was very relaxing. I had a headache coming in and my muscles were sore since I had worked out before the class and when we were done my headache was gone and my muscles were a lot better. As soon as I find out the schedule I'm going to sign up for either 1 or 2 classes a week. I'm hoping for two classes, but if it's when I'm working, then I'll have to settle for once a week. It's a very slow moving form, it'll probably take the whole month just to learn the whole thing! The one thing I have to work on the most is my coordination. I'm really clumsy, so working on my feet and moving my arms the right way at the same time can trip me up until I've got it memorized.
