It's been a pretty low key 4th of July this year. Dee is out of town with her dad, so there's no incentive to go see fireworks. I mean, I still love them, but Ethan is too young for all that mess and I don't want to go by myself. Besides, I'm fairly certain all the local fireworks happened yesterday. That's ok, though, cause I've enjoyed today.

SO MUCH GOING ON!!!! But it's happy stuff! This wedding planning stuff is crazy stressful, but we've got pretty much everything figured out. I think the only thing left is dressing our wedding party and figuring out the centerpieces. I'm getting giddy, though. Two more months on the 10th! Then I'll be the Mrs. of the best man I've ever known :D

Today is the day of mass Christmas exodus. My parents are flying to Georgia, Patrick is on his way to Chicago, and Dee's father will be picking her up later. I think that's part of the reason I'm not really in a Christmas-y mood. That and one other obvious reason. Not my favorite December, by far.

So a first happened in the Little household today. Not a good one, though. My pumpkin threw up for the first time :( I could hear her moaning in her room and went to check on her. Since the inevitable demise of my laptop (RIP, Dell...) my updating here in the ol' LJ has dropped off considerably. I was doing so well... sigh. I hate typing on my phone, though. Well, at least for something as extensive as a post. One day, I shall have a new computer.

So I think my laptop is dead. This makes me very sad inside. I mean, it still turns on but everything is soooooo sloooooow... Sigh. It was time to replace the thing, anyways, I suppose.
