Now if I can just keep the connection stable.  Fixing the DHCP issues (yeah, having two routers trying to assign IPs on the same subnet and competing for certain addresses seems bad...) seems to have done the trick.

Sutton Club has a 1 bedroom apartment for me! Went down today and started the process for moving in and making it MINE! it's a uniquie apartment, too. It's just like our current apartment, except with what is now my bedroom removed and given to the apartment behind (it's where maintence lives, and they have the only 3-bedroom apt. in the complex.)
