Well, nothing to do about it now.
Harry stood still, carved staff in one hand, blasting rod in the other until it became clear he was going to have to make the first move. Fine. He could deal with that.
"Ventus!" He swept his staff forward, sending a gust of wind across the stadium, not toward Six but at the ground directly in front of him to kick up a blast of sand and dust into his face. A second later, the hand holding the blasting rod came up and fired off another spell, a pair of fireballs streaking across the distance and into the cloud toward his opponent.

As soon as the first spell struck the ground, Six was on the move, racing to the right. He'd trained himself hard for years, his speed almost inhuman. He targeted where the wizard was as he circled about.
Still, he kept his swords in his sleeves. He wanted that to be a last minute surprise. For now, he only grabbed the shuriken in his jacket and, once out of the dust cloud, threw them at the other man.

Raising his staff, Harry drew on a different source of power inside himself, that of ice and cold. The power of Winter.
"Arctis forzare!" The trace bits of moisture in the air right in front of him congealed and froze into a dozen or so pieces of razor-edged ice that rocketed forward toward Six, carried by a shockwave that was slightly wider, hopefully enough to catch him by surprise if he managed to dodge the projectiles.

He needed to get in range. He twisted the blades in his hands to reflect the sunlight back at Harry, hoping to blind him. At the same time, he ran towards the man in an arc, making sure to keep the sunlight's focus on Harry's eyes.

Harry grunted when the light shown in his eyes, and a flash of momentary panic came over him when it blocked his sight of his opponent. It was just a moment, however, and then the rational and irrational parts of his brain came together with practiced speed to one conclusion: he had to act and act now or he was going to die.
"Arctis!" He drew on the Winter magic again, freezing a wide slab of ice on the ground between himself and where he had last seen Six. It was a gamble, if Six was already past that point it wouldn't do any good and he had the sneaking suspicion that Six was far too agile to pratfall on some ice. Still, all he needed was a second to get his opponent back into his sights.

Rather than trying to avoid it, he ran right for it. He jumped just a bit, the sun momentarily leaving Harry's eyes as he did so, and proceeded to use his momentum to glide on the ice right towards his opponent. He adjusted his swords again to get the sun back into Harry's eyes.
By this time, the crowd was roaring with approval of the two combatants. The other two matches had been pretty short and largely one-sided. Here, the two were evenly matched.

Still, the move had paid off and Harry had been able to get his sights back on Six again. Even as he stepped backwards to hopefully avoid that first swing of the swords, he thrust his staff forward and called out another spell to fire a blast of slightly blue-tinged force right at him.

The blue tinged force gave him few options to deal with it. Without thought, he connected the swords together by the hilts to form the double-bladed staff. He jammed one end into the ice and vaulted over most of the attack, landing a bit unsteadily due to the strike still throwing him a bit off-balance.
However, assuming that Harry hadn't set up something waiting for him, he should be right in range to separate the swords again and take his first direct swing at the mage.

Magic wasn't going to do him much good now that Six had closed in, so it was time for plan B. His staff clattered to the ground as he raised his other hand, bringing up the bracelet of shield charms and shoving his will into it. The small disc of force caught Six's sword, just deflecting it away from a killing blow but the blade still slid across his arm, opening up a deep gash up to his shoulder. He'd had worse.
"Dodge this." And Harry pulled the trigger on the revolver he'd yanked from his coat pocket.

He had maybe a few minutes left to live. So here came the question: How would he spend them?
He gave Harry a smirk, his voice tense with pain when he spoke. "Nice shot."
He then collapsed to the ground, not quite dead but almost there.
"Just make it fast, okay?"

Harry was no stranger to death. He had seen good people die right in front of him, and had killed his share of the bad ones and one good one, which was one too many. Even as much of a natural part of his life as killing had made itself, he still felt a little sick at the idea of executing another person, even if it was temporary. The worst part was, he wasn't sure which showed more on his face.
Just a game. He reminded himself. He'll be fine.
But Six probably wouldn't have appreciated a long winded about how this was nothing personal with a complete apology right at the moment, so he decided to keep it simple.
"Thanks. First round's on me when we're done here." He raised the gun to Six's head and pulled the trigger.

...though it was certainly disorienting to wake up from a fatal gunshot.

It was clear to her, though, that Harry was wounded in a non-physical sort of way. He wasn't a bad guy, and he wasn't a murderer. Doing something like this, especially after what he'd said at that memorial he'd erected, was probably going to affect him strongly.
She sank back down into her seat. She hadn't even realized she'd been standing, gripping the rail so tightly that her knuckles had gone white. There was still one more round to go.
It was probably in her best interest to walk away before it started, so she didn't have to watch Harry get killed...or worse, watch him do the killing. But she couldn't bring herself to abandon him now. So she sat, and she waited.
