RA life looks to be incredible
I'm going to be damn busy, but I have made SUCH great friends with the other 6 RAs in this building. We have plans to go work out, have movie nights, and get involved with intramural sports. We are a tight little group, the 7 of us, and I am so grateful I made the decision to be an RA this year. I'm REALLY excited for my residents to get here, starting tomorrow. From tomorrow until Monday I should be getting residents moving in. There won't be a day where someone won't be moving in. It's slightly overwhelming at this point. But regardless, I'm incredibly excited and I can't wait to get started. I made candy bags for each of my residents to say Hi and Welcome to OU. Most of my residents are freshmen. I think I have 2 or 3 who aren't. That will be cool. I made neat little door tags for them, as well. My room this year is FUCKING AMAZING!!! It's so huge, I went and got a futon and an entertainment center. It's pretty killer. Here's some photos, the first one is of the doortags I made. The rest are all about my room.
