The Lost Post

Oct 08, 2006 04:57

It’s been over a year since I have updated this thing - you know, been busy entrenched in emotional turmoil and such - but I happened to stumble across a Word doc from last year, the aforementioned ‘Lost Post’. I think it was some gothic poem Jess and I wrote whilst bouncing ideas off each other on MSN.
So here it is, a gut-wrenching poem, brimming with emotion, sadness, pain and all other kinds of emo-ness.

As my mind swirls like an ocean of blackness,
Only the sea can feel my anger flow,
The seaweed my only friend,
Washed up, dead on the shore,
Life is not worth living,
Without hydration,
And friends.

Oh, that takes me back *sniff*.

Anyway, I might actually update this a bit more often now.

Maybe.

Or possibly I’ll make like two more posts and then forget about it for another year *. I’m sure all three people with links to this journal will be absolutely riveted with the details of my mundane life.

* In all likelihood.
